Simple pricing for all businesses

BitPay payment processing rates are based on the cumulative value of a merchant’s month-to-date paid invoices. Merchants automatically pay a lower transaction rate as the value of total processed invoices increases. The lower transaction rate applies to the next invoice and the rate applies to the entire invoice. BitPay charges a 25¢ fixed fee per transaction regardless of the rate at which the transaction is charged. Rates reset on the first of each calendar month.

Once the total cumulative transaction value surpasses your current volume threshold, all following transactions are automatically processed at the next tiered rate. Merchants do not need to take any action to receive a lower transaction rate. See BitPay’s merchant support documentation for pricing examples and scenarios.

BitPay transaction fees are automatically deducted from daily settlements. Merchants may choose to include transaction fees within generated BitPay invoices payable by the customer.

All of BitPay’s crypto acceptance solutions, including online, in-store and email billing are processed using tiered rates. BitPay Send crypto payout fees are calculated separately.

BitPay’s processing rates are determined by the total monthly value of paid invoices. BitPay merchants enjoy unlimited transactions regardless of the rate at which their payments are processed.

Currently BitPay supports payments made with the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Dogecoin (DOGE), Shiba Inu (SHIB), Litecoin (LTC), ApeCoin (APE), Polygon (POL), Dai (DAI), USD Coin (USDC), Binance USD (BUSD), Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC), Pax Dollar (USDP), Gemini Dollar (GUSD) and Euro Coin (EUROC). We are constantly evaluating and adding support for new coins.
